Modern, avant-garde design with well distributed spaces, in which natural light, ventilation and environment are the main part:

- Sustainable houses complex with porous soils to minimize heat by the use of concrete or asphalt.

Each space was designed prioritizing the entry of natural light and adding internal transparencies that allow the spaces to share the lighting as the day passes and the sun changes position. The same at night with artificial lighting, where adjacent areas can serve as lamps to the spaces.

To combat the heat and tropical humidity, each house is designed with a series of large openings, most of them sliding doors instead of windows. By always providing cross ventilation, we ensure that the air in the spaces is always replaced, forcing the interior of the villa to maintain low temperatures. The gaps are protected from direct light and rain by flights at the lintel level. These help the air to lose a few degrees before entering the house. Likewise, we use louvers on the front to filter the heat of sunlight and cool the winds. With its open layout and good mezzanine height, the internal volume itself is a climate regulator. The hot air rises and disperses.

INDIVIDUAL VILLAS
Land up to 220 sq. meters, 160 sq. meters of construction.

First level:

The second level has a mezzanine of 2.80 meters, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature in the rooms. The windows go up from the floor to 2.30 meters, a large entrance of natural light that guarantees greater energy efficiency.
